The dark second "point" of the Triangle, Suffocation covers the turmoil, agony, and suffering Steve Austin endures after the death of his soulmate, Brian Pillman. The second point of the Triangle not only focuses on Steve, but on those around him -- dead and alive. Predominantly, Suffocation chronicles the relationships he had -- from his small yet rocky relationship with Shawn Michaels; to his "bright future" with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson; to the partnership and trust he had with Kurt Angle; to his so-called "love affair" with Vince McMahon; to the most horrendous of them all, Triple H. Steve undergoes massive amounts of pain so much that it all leads him to deleterious thoughts and a path of abyssmal darkness -- a path that no one can save him from...
