Rob is a slightly-paunchy, balding advertising copy man who lives in Boston with his childlike shar pei mix, Satchel and the hyperactive, violent, vain Bucky, his siamese cat. Rob is the middle ground to the extremes of his pets, laid-back and average in temprament but with a living inner child. He has an affection for Rugby, sci-fi mediums, Leo Kottke and is a vegetarian.
