"Lemon" was the second single from U2's Zooropa album. This song, like no other, showcased Bono's falsetto skills, as well as some atmospheric vocals by The Edge and Brian Eno. The single release was full with different remixes for the dance floor, as well as an edit of the title track (the version at the album clocked at almost 7 minutes).

This song was played live a handful of times towards the end of U2's Zoo TV Tour in 1993. The song was played live at 10 different shows throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, and was played during the show's encore. During each performance, Bono would perform the song dressed as Zoo TV character "Mr. MacPhisto," a former cabaret performer with devilish horns. Each performance was immediately followed by the band's With or Without You.
