A B O U T

Grace Under Fire was a sitcom that aired on ABC from 1993-1998.

PREMISE: The series foccused on Grace Kelly, a working class divorcee and recovering alcholic, who takes care of her three children by working at an oil refinery. In the supporting cast were Grace's best friend and her cop husband, Nadine and Wade, and Russel Norton, the town's pharmicist and Grace's occasional beau.

Grace switched jobs in season four after getting her diploma - after quitting a job that required a long commute, she settled into working for a construction company. By the fifth season, the character of Quentin had been aged and Nadine had left town. The show limped to cancellation in 1998 with no real conclusion.
