Boo Boo Kitty is a stuffed toy, black, green-eyed, with a mended tail and pink ears. She is Shirley Feeney's favorite posession, sleeping on her bed and tagging along on long trips - Laverne claims several times during the series that the cat's eyes follow you around the room. Shirley loves the inatimate object a great deal, to the point that Boo Boo Kitty nearly becomes an extra character on the show. Even Laverne finds herself talking to the stuffed cat in moments of doubt.

Fun Fact: In the episode "The Bully Show," Laverne accidentally pulls off Boo Boo Kitty's tail, and Carmine takes the doll to Wong Fu's, a Chineese tailor's. Laverne has also used Boo Boo Kitty as a pincushion in the past.
